Information on administrative procedures for establishing a company
The CCIC informs and advises economic operators on all administrative procedures for establishing a company (administrations to contact, documents, to provide, taxes and laws.)

The CCIC allows you to do your registration procedures, modification or activity cessation at the trade register.
The information and the documents collected by the CCIC will be transmitted on your behalf to the county court or to the unique counter of the Industrial Promotion agency.

Information on the legal framework of investment in Tunisia
The chamber of commerce and Industry of the center has a database regrouping the laws and decrees governing the sectors of trade, industry and services in Tunisia.
In addition, the CCIC puts at the disposal of its Tunisian and foreign economic operators the legal framework of environment and investment in Tunisia.

Code of investment incentives (law No: 93-120 of 27 December 1993)
Summary of The Code
The code of investment incentives covers all activity sectors except for mines, energy, home trade and the financial sector which are governed by specific regulations,
(Activities related to sectors provided for by the code are determined by decree NO° 94-492 of 28 February 1994).
Investments in these sectors are done by simple declaration by the concerned organization.
However, certain activity services are submitted to prior authorization by concerned ministries.
Certain activity services, not to tally exporting, are submitted to the approval of the high commission of investments when the foreign participation in the capital is in majority.
The common fiscal advantages provided for by the articles 7.8 and 9 of the code are granted on simple declaration. The Financial advantages are granted on the decision of the concerned Minister further to the opinion of the commission for granting advantages
Guides to investments and private promoters
The CCIC puts at the disposal of economic operators guides of private investors and promoters. These guides determine the conditions and procedures for the creation of certain activities as well as the condition of the benefit from fiscal and financial advantages.

The CCIC informs Tunisian and foreign investors about the methods and conditions for practising the activity of international trade.

The CCIC puts at the disposal of economic operators mission statements related to several sectors.
The purpose of these mission statements is to decrease administrative procedures and to facilitate investment. Most commercial activities are no longer submitted to authorisations and are regulated by mission statements determining the required conditions for practicing an activity or a profession on simple declaration.
