Export point

Presentation

The export point has been created further to the presidential decision stemming from the 4th session of the high council of Export and Investment. The objective is to reinforce the decentralization in training and supporting exporters.

The partnership agreement creating the export point, of the CCIC was signed on 13 March 1999 between the chamber of commerce and Industry of the Exporting Promotion Center ( www.cepex.nat.tn )

The export point has an important role in training, orienting and advising exporters in exporting operations.

Services

*  Aid and assistance to exporters through :


      •  Giving current information at the level of :

-Bilateral and multilateral agreements and free exchangesigned with foreign countries
- The regulation of Tunisian foreign trade (DGD)
- Aids and benefit granted by the state for the promotion of exportation “FAMEX (www.famex.org.tn), FOPRODEX, COTUNACE (www.cotunace.com.tn) , TTN (www.tradenet.com.tn) .)
- Means of payment and financing exportating operations
- Transport  (Incoterms)

    •  Giving current information relating to foreign market at the level of :

- list of professional websites
- Current laws regulating foreign trade of the European Union (le moniteur de commerce international "le MOCI" , Official Journal Of the European Union - "JOUE")
- Looking for foreign suppliers: Internet, CD-ROM-sectorial   guides of foreign countries
- Coordination with organizations and institutions concerned with export.

 SOS EXPORT : Ensuring urgent intervention (inter cession)

The export point is authorized to intervene immediately with the concerned executives of organizations and administration in favour of exporters of the region

The intercession of the S.O.S Export consists of the funding quick solutions to the difficulties, winch many hinder the normal progress of exportating operations.
