These documents are available in the Main office of the CCIC in Sousse, as Wells in the Branch Offices at Monastir , Mahdia and kariroun.
Issue of certificates of origin
The chamber of commerce and Industry of the center is authorized to deliver and authenticate the certificates of origin for exporting companies of its territorial circumscription i.e.; Sousse, Monastir , Mahdia and Kairouan
The certificates of origin exclusively am at proving the merchandise origin and to satisfy customs or commercial requirements
The certificates of origin are classified in to two categories :
- Certificate of origin established withem the framework of bilateral agreements between Tunisia and certain Arab countries (Morocco , Egypt , Jordan, Libya, Kuwait and Algeria)
- Certificate of origin established within the framework of the free Arab exchange zone agreement.
- Formula A : Certificate of origin delivered by exporting countries benefiting from the generalized system of preferences (GSP) towards preference donors countries.
- EUR 1 : Certificate of origin of goods circulation for the export of local products towards the European Union.
Certificate of origin for common law :
The common law (CL) is a certificate of origin issued by the chamber of commerce and industry of the center in three cases:
- When the rules of origin permitting the granting of a conventional certificate of origin are not satisfied
- When the commercial exchanges are not governed by a preferential tariff framework
- On exporters demand.
Procedures for obtaining a certificate of origin :
The applicant for a certificate of origin has first to present the following Justifying documents :
1 : Deposit of a legal file (pdf) of the enterprise.
2 : Deposit of a technical file (pdf) of product intended for export.
The technical file enables to justify the elements taken in consideration for accounting the added local value of the product.
The technical file (pdf)has to be filled in for every product intended for export and accompanied by the necessary justifications.

Certification of documents for international trade
The certification shows evidence of the authenticity of the documents accompanying an export operation
For the CCIC to certify/stamp your document intended for export, it is necessary to deposit a
legal file (pdf) ) and to fill in a file of signature Specimen (pdf)
The chamber of commerce and industry of the center is authorized to give Certificates (management, activity) to enterprises of its region.
Certificate applicants, natural person or a legal entity have first to deposit a legal file (pdf) and all documents supporting this application.
The Certificate of origin is issued within the framework of an enterprise participating in national and/or international tenders further to decree N°99-825 of 12 April 1999. The decree determines methods and conditions of getting the preferential margin for local products in domestic markets.
In addition to the legal file, the applicant for a certificate of origin has to deposit a technical file ( pdf)
