The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Center is present in different organisms within which it contributes to the economic development, to the promotion of the private sector and to the reinforcement of initiative and investments in the centre region (Sousse, Monastir, Mahdia and Kairouan)

- The regional council of the governorate
- The commission of international relations of the governorate
- The board of guidance for business centers
- The regional commission of the supervision of entrepreneurship and project creation
- The Commission of supervision and support of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises post creation
- The regional commission for the supervision of the exploitation of industrial zones
- The regional commission for land acquisition in industrial zones
- The regional commission for the maintenance and the management of industrial zones
- The commission for examining the applications for temporary occupations (in the cyber park)
